These games remind us of that commitment, that enduring commitment to the wounded, injured, ill servicemen and women, both on active duties and veterans.

Now the Sydney Invictus Games will be on the year 2018, which marks the centenary of the end of World War l.

We know how important it is to honour the sacrifice of our servicemen and women over the ages and our veterans.

    Really ? I was medically discharged last year after 15.5 yrs from the Navy. I was then told by DVA that I’m “fine” & there’s nothing wrong with me.( wrongful dismissal?)
    I’ve had no enduring commitment to either my injuries physically or mentally apart from some minor counseling.
    This is how we are treated if you’re not a poster child for defence.

  3. HIppocrit…did not even show when our Vietnam Vet’s were finally returned home after decades buried in Asian graves because of cost.

    A worthy cause but just more platitudes from the politician Turnbull. Too busy campaigning (he and Shorten) to attend the repatriation of the remains of our fallen comrades from Terandak.
