We are a not-for-profit service, and to be eligible for assistance, clients or their spouse or parents need to have served in the Australian Defence Force. We can appear on your behalf in Court and assist with referrals to other organisations.

All initial consultations are free and any fees or charges are fixed fees and will be provided to clients in writing upfront. We are also able to offer payments plans.

We can provide consultations by phone if you are unable to attend our service in person. At times, we can travel to you if necessary. For Veterans who are experiencing extreme hardship along with legal issues, we invite you to contact us to see how we can help.

Our service relies on the support of the Community to continue our operations. If you would like to support us you can do so by donating to us. Please go to our website for more information or contact our office on the details below.
