Attached is a summary of today’s court hearing, we believe it is a good outcome and hopefully very soon we will have a Pro Bono Barrister in our corner.
It is critical that the information we send out gets to all Legacy Widow’s, children, members of ESO’s and anybody else that receives DFRDB superannuation. Please circulate as widely as you can and if anybody wants to get on a distribution list just let me know.
